Mission of the Endocrinology, Diabetology, Nutrition and Therapeutic education Division

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with endocrine disorders, metabolic diseases or nutritional disorders, taking into account the services provided by other HUG divisions, particularly the Reproductive Medicine and Gynecological Endocrinology Unit, and the Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetology Unit
  • Care for patients admitted to General Internal Medicine beds with endocrine disorders, metabolic diseases or nutritional disorders
  • Manage patients admitted to the Radiation Oncology Division for radioactive iodine treatment
  • Patients can be admitted or treated as outpatients. In the latter case, they are given a referral consultation by their regular physician
