Accidents

I have had a fall or I was in a traffic accident, what should I do?

After a fall or accident, consult a physician quickly. The baby is normally well protected in its natural environment, but a check-up is necessary.

Under certain special circumstances, it will be necessary to hospitalize you for 24 hours to monitor you.

Hemorrhoids

I have hemorrhoids, what should I do?

Pregnancy can lead to hemorrhoids. They are due to the compression of the uterus on the large blood vessels, a hormone (progesterone) and constipation.  Hemorrhoids can be painful and can result in bleeding, but they do not represent a risk to your baby.

Talk to your physician.
