Mission of the Division of Rehabilitation and Internal Medecine Beau Séjour

  • Receive patients for care including treatments or diagnostic evaluations, especially after being in acute care (serious infections, cancer, heart or lung failure, post-surgery follow-up treatments, etc.)

  • Set up complex care services in general internal medicine, by coordinating with various specialists in medicine, surgery or mental health.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary treatments in rehabilitation, specifically with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, etc.

  • Contribute to pre-graduate and postgraduate training as a university division. The division is committed to providing quality care and rigorous patient-centered medicine.
