I am experiencing dizziness, what should I do?

In the first few months, dizziness can be one of the inconveniences of pregnancy.

Practical advice:

  • Rest on your side
  • Avoid sudden changes in position
  • Favor a regular and balanced diet (3-5 meals a day)
  • Possibly drink or eat one sugary product (hypoglycemia)
