Place for listening and dialogue

Encountered a problem in hospital? Not fully satisfied with your own or a relative’s stay? Do you have a grievance to express or a suggestion to make? Don’t hesitate to contact our mediation service, Espace Médiation, at the main entrance to HUG. Two liaison officers will be on hand to listen to what you have to say:

The role of the Mediation Unit:

Ways to facilitate dialogue

If you or your relatives encounter a problem, contact your doctor or allocated nurse. If necessary, you can ask for an interview with the head of clinic and the nurse in charge of the unit, or contact the medical head of division.

Do not hesitate to go to the Mediation Unit, located at the main entrance (rue Gabrielle-Perret-Gentil 4 on the ground floor).
